Looks like a Notophila sp (Ephydridae), maybe one of these: http://www.dipter...to_id=3883

Notiphila, Ephydridae. Antennae yellow, face with at least 1 strong seta, fore and mid tibia yellow, hind tibia with dark band, cheeks narrow - it is to be Notiphila riparia.Cool
