Hybotidae_Tachydromia umbrarum (male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 550 m altitude. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 27. 05. 2012.

Tachydromia, yes, but cannot say with any certainty that it is umbrarum.
