Muscidae_ Hebecnema nigricolor(male) is correct? Region Mal� Fatra Terchov� about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 05.07.2011.

This is not Hebecnema since it has a long prealar. This is more probably a male Phaonia.
