Females have the projection on the pedicel very short, but rather clearly produced, also, as for my trained eye, the distance between antennae bases is enlarged, as is typical for T. (C.) ceratocera and T. (C.) plagiata only (in Europe). The rest is easy, by the wing pattern (cell c with gray medial marking -- cell c hyaline).
