Help with ID, bibionidae?

I live in southeast Brazil and these flies are very common in the rainforest areas I go
at least the males, I can see a lot of them in the foliage without moving

anyone knows this genus?

Let's atart with the family.

I know south America is another planet, but this does not look like a Bibionidae.
more likely Stratiomyiidae (Martin Hauser can tell) or possibly ?Dolichopodidae ?

In any case, change the title and wait for help

Dolichopodidae it cant be, but maybe Stratiomyiidae, just doesnt look much like
