Found this fly in a jungle in Malaysia....kindly help with the ID...thanks in advance.

With this porrect antenna and apical arista I say that is a neriid fly (Neriidae), probably Telostylus (I can't see the notopleural bristle to confirm Sad). Some Micropezidae have porrect antenna but never with apical arista, I think. In general, Neriids are very difficult to identify and there is no satisfatory keys to use.

I'm studying neriids of the world and I'm very interested if you can collect and send to me some them.
